ABOUT

About

Like a seed that holds within itself the wisdom of an entire tree, I firmly believe that we each, at our core, carry our own innate wisdom meant to guide us in our journey and help us thrive. Life is imperfect, though, and there are storms that come without warning, unexpected turns, and uncharted crossroads.

The psychic wounding left from feeling unseen, unheard, or unsafe in the spaces meant to hold us with care can be profound and run deep. I work with a range of experiences, but feel particularly called to support those navigating the lasting impact of relational trauma, emotional neglect, narcissistic abuse, and complex family systems. These dynamics can erode our ability to trust our instincts, recognize our needs, maintain boundaries, and connect authentically with ourselves, with others, and to the world around us.

I offer a warm and grounded safe haven to reflect on what you’ve carried, what you’ve adapted to, and the ways you’ve learned to protect yourself. This is not about rushing to fix or label, but about making room for the parts of you that learned to go quiet in order to cope and gently untangling who you are from what you had to survive.

Through a slow, soulful unfolding that honors your pace while encouraging growth, we’ll explore the emotional landscapes that shaped you — not to dwell there, but to unearth what has been buried and reclaim what was never truly lost: your voice, your worth, and the sacred belief in your own becoming.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in the state of Washington under the supervision of Katherine Ibis, LMHC and Leah Gardner, LMHC. I received my Masters in Counseling from Palo Alto University and completed my practicum experience working in community mental health with adolescents, young adults, and families. Additionally, I hold a BFA from California Institute of the Arts.
